Refund Policy
At Gianna New York, we do everything we can to satisfy our customers. However, there may be times when you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Return Conditions

You may only register an item for return after you have physically received it.

Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.

Trying on an item is allowed, but extended wear is not.

It is not permitted to intentionally order an item in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part or all of the order.
Return Procedure

Notify us of your return via support@giannanewyork.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

You must return the item at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking (track & trace).
Refunds
After the item has been received at the return address and its condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days, using the same payment method that was used for the order.
Responsibility
We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.
Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
